Copyright & credits

All Peyruis music is protected by copyright law.

  • These permissions apply only to original tracks for which Peyruis controls the necessary rights. Remixes are not covered.
  • You may use the music on social media for free with proper credit, in accordance with the guidelines provided in the FAQ.
  • If you receive a copyright claim despite proper credit, please contact al-disputes@yourh.it.

Restrictions

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Using Peyruis music as background for your own music productions
  • Uploading the tracks under your own artist name
  • Distributing the music on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
  • Claiming ownership of the music
  • Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the music or audio files.

Credits

How do I give credit?

Use one of the following formats. The link or tag must be clickable.

  • Instagram / TikTok: Credit is not required if the track is added natively.
  • Podcast: Request permission for your intended use. If credit is required under the agreed terms, it must be spoken at the end of the episode.
  • Other platforms: Use one of the formats above.

Licenses

Can I use your music without giving credit?

A license may allow use without credit, depending on the track and project. Request a license to have your intended use reviewed.

Do I need a license for commercial use?

Commercial use, including advertising, brand content and client work, should be submitted for review. Request a license and describe your project. Availability and terms depend on the track and intended use.

What license do I need?

You do not need to choose a predefined license. Click Request a license, describe your project and submit the questionnaire. You will receive a tailored quote after review if the necessary rights are available. Submitting a request does not grant permission to use the music.

Can I use the music forever?

The permitted duration depends on the use and the terms agreed for your project. Specify your intended duration in the questionnaire; any agreed license will state the duration covered.

Usage

Does buying or downloading a track let me use it in any project?

No. Buying or downloading a track does not grant unrestricted usage rights. Your use must comply with the permissions described on this site or the license agreed for your project. A music purchase and a usage license are different things.

What should I do if I receive a copyright claim?

If you have followed the credit guidelines, contact al-disputes@yourh.it. Include your video URL, the track title, a screenshot of the claim and any license you hold. Giving credit does not automatically prevent an automated claim.

Can I upload your music on Spotify or streaming platforms?

No. Uploading Peyruis music under your own name or distributing it on streaming platforms is strictly prohibited.

Can I use your music in my own music production?

No. You cannot use Peyruis music as background or part of your own music.
